Our main goal has always been to focus on our core values of hospitality, make people feel good while serving delicious seasonal food & wine from some of our favourite regions across Australia, New Zealand & abroad.
Our dining room focus is handmade, approachable & highlighting fantastic local produce, this means things on our menu change quite often and the menu continually changes.
If you’re worried it might be too fancy, it’s not. Jade’s dad is a simple country boy from Roma who enjoys coming for dinner here too, so rest assured we’ll make you all feel comfortable ❤
Welcome to our little home in Sunshine Beach
Stacey & Jade opened Humble in 2020 with a goal of inspiring guests and hospitality professionals, for the first few years our Humble dining room was run by the two girls and Stacey was the only chef cooking.
As our tiny restaurant’s evolved, we’ve been blessed with some industry greats over the years, while our team is still small and our concept hasn’t changed, we have a small group of individuals who are passionate about what they do. Dave who works alongside Stacey in the kitchen has brought so much fun and knowledge to our little home.
Stacey & Dave will cook you dinner, it’s a journey rather than a quick meal. We keep things simple, it's not a degustation but a menu where they both express themselves creatively using Middle Eastern flavours & inspiration.
We invite you into a new experience of food & service that is familiar and nostalgic but at the same time exciting and new.
Our Menu
Our menu is designed to share, we include all your snacks and a choice of a large dish and you are welcome to add on sides, dessert & wine at your own whim.
Use our sample menu as a guide, we are seasonal & encourage sustainable & fresh produce. Our menu is a cost price per person and you can choose to dine on our short menu or the favourite choice “Feed me” or “Chef’s Choice”. (It's totally okay to choose on the night but the chef’s choice is based on availability and is extremely popular).
